Wilderness Poets Raw Pistachio Butter is a delicious, creamy, naturally glowing green nut butter. This pistachio butter is made from the freshest California grown, organic, raw pistachios. Raw pistachio butter is ground at a cool temperature to retain the living enzymes and vital nutrients. Pistachio nuts are nutrient dense. They are rich in phytosterols, antioxidants, unsaturated fat, carotenoids, vitamins and minerals, and loaded with fiber. We use a touch of organic, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil to improve the texture which is creamy and a little crunchy. Olive oil pairs nicely with the rich Mediterranean flavor of the nuts. Our olive oil is freshly pressed from the fruit, completely raw.
