40-20 Fungicidal Coating (white) Continuous Defense 40-20 is an EPA-registered fungicidal protective coating. It is specially formulated to prevent the spread of mold and bacteria in areas such as walls, ceilings, interior and exterior surfaces of HVAC duct systems. Coverage: 80 sq. ft. per gallon.
