【ACCURATE POSITIONING】 There are 5 standard different drill-hole sizes , namely 1/4", 3/8", 5/16", 7/16" and 1/2". with three different sizes of bushings, 2x 1/4", 2x 5/16" and 2x 3/8" for creating different types of dowel joints. It is equipped with 3 size of HSS drill bits, their exceptional ability to withstand high temperatures and maintain their hardness at elevated cutting speeds. It corresponding to 3 sizes of copper stop collar, to control the depth of a hole that is being drilled.

When you turn the middle bolt, the aluminum jig on both sides will tighten at the same time, to realize central positioning automation, center error within 0.002".

【EFFICIENT DRILL】 Choose the hole position, and adjust the clamps to hold the jig in place, insert the drill bit into the jig's guide bushing and drill it. the drill auxiliary location mark for direct center alignment, to realize simple and convenient precise drilling. There are 4 holes along the top of the jig, 2 holes accept 7/16" and 1/2" drill bits directly.the other 2 holes accept threaded replaceable steel bushings(Replaceable 1/4" 3/8" 5/16").
