About SPRI Interchangeable Medium Speed Jump Rope
SPRI's interchangeable speed Jump rope system allows you to switch up your speed by simply changing out the cable you desire. For a faster rope speed light (1.8oz) works best and is recommended for advanced exercise while heavy (3.4oz) is recommended for beginners and offers a slower rope speed. Heavy (3.4oz) = slower/beginner medium (2.6oz) = faster/intermediate light (1.8oz) = fastest/advanced.
