Set of PME Tall side scrapers - 1 x Tall (9 x 20cm) and 1 x XTall (9 x 25cm). These cake decoration tools are brilliantly and thoughtfully designed to give any tall cake that smooth finish. Ideal for use with Buttercream, Royal Icing, Ganache and Fresh Cream cake icings. To use, hold scraper, vertically, firmly against the cake as the cake is rotated, thereby obtaining a smooth finish. PME scrapers are also ideal to obtain the beautiful bare and clean effect of the naked style of cakes.Wash in warm soapy water after use. Do not clean using abrasive detergents/cleaners or place in a dishwasher, as this may scratch and damage the surface.
