It is useful in many applications demanding removal of various tough contaminants from the automotive industry to general maintenance cleaning to heat exchangers, as well as others. Chem-Crest 2003 is mildly inhibited to help prevent flash rusting, and is free-rinsing.Substrate Compatibility:Chem-Crest 2003 is safe on various metals, such as copper and steels, glass, plastics, hard rubber articles, and ceramics, when used as directed. It can be used with aluminum for short exposure periods to remove tough contaminants.Operating Conditions:Chem-Crest 2003 is typically used at 10% by volume in ultrasonic applications. Normal operating temperatures: 120 - 180F, dependent on the material makeup of the substrate, and the contaminants being removed.
