About Bio Plas 4200S Polypropylene Conical 0.5mL
These 0.5mL sterile, cryogenic microcentrifuge tubes are designed for biological fluids stored in liquid nitrogen vapor. They are made from polypropylene and are ideal for specimens and cell cultures. They are leakproof, inert, non-pyrogenic and virtually unbreakable. External threads minimize loss or contamination of valuable or hazardous samples. Screw cap has an internal O-ring for leakproof processing and storage. For use in microcentrifuges with fixed-angle heads. Gamma radiation sterilized. Since these vials are skirted, they require an adapter (See Cat#: C2817-7). Tubes withstand over 30,000g.
