In the event you need a longer tumbling run, our folding mats have 2" Hook & Loop fastener on the two short sides for easy end-to-end attachment. Hook & Loop fastener on all four sides is also available for mat extensions in any direction.

Our custom made-to-order crosslink folding gymnastics mats are manufactured in the USA using the best materials available. The foam filler used in our custom mats is crosslink polyethylene foam. The cross-linked polyethylene foam provides greater energy absorption and resilient cushioning in a very lightweight material that allows the mats to last longer and be more resistant to wear and tear and ultimate deterioration. In addition, we use an 18 oz. double coated extra heavy duty vinyl covering. The arrangement of heavy vinyl combined with a high weave count of polyester offers the greatest puncture and tear resistance, stitch strength, and abrasion resistance in a fabric covered mat. These tumbling mats fold accordion style into two-foot widths that allow them to be stacked and stored easily. In the event you need a longer tumbling run, our folding mats have 2" Hook & Loop fastener on the two short sides for easy end-to-end attachment. Hook & Loop fastener on all four sides is also available for mat extensions in any direction. Thickness: 1-3/8" or 2". Hook & loop fasteners on 2 short sides or all 4 sides. Covers are crafted of extremely durable 18 oz. coated vinyl (polyester scrim). Stitched with Dacron thread. Comes in various sizes, styles and colors. Complies with CPSIA 2008 standard. Core made of cross-linked polyethylene foam. Allow approx. 2-3 weeks for production and delivery (less if in stock).
