TopSaverTM is unlike anything ever made. It is a Rust Remover, Lubricant, Surface Sealant, Conditioner for metal surfaces. It completely removes rust and corrosion from the pores of the metal surface. It reduces sliding friction, eliminates binding and surface hang-ups on tabletops, repels moisture and seals the surface pores against rust and corrosion. The waterless formula contains no silicone or oils. As with all other Empire products, TopSaverTM will never stain wood or interfere with glues or finishes. In early testing, Top SaverTM prevented rust 5 times longer than any other surface treatment and is entirely off the chart when compared to paste wax.
