• DiscOrganic menstrual disc fits most. Small: Women who have not given birth or had a C-Section and have a regular cervix and not a low cervix. (67x60mm) Large: Women who gave natural birth and have a regular cervix and not a low cervix. (76x65mm) Note: If you have a low cervix DiscOrganic may not work for you, it would feel like the disc is too big and may not tuck, using the wrong size can lead to leaking or discomfort.

Join us in our journey & together we can give back to our sisters and our mother earth one DiscOrganic at a time.  INSTRUCTIONS: Before your first use of DiscOrganic, place it in boiling water for 5 mins. This will ensure the product is clean & safe to use. Allow it to completely cool down before inserting. Watch it carefully, leaving the disc boiling unattended could result in burning the disc & ruining it. Insertion: Use thumb and index finger to squeeze the rim to make an eight, insert the back of the cup first, use your index finger to push the disc so it sits behind your cervix, proceed to tuck the front rim up behind your pelvic bone.  Remove: Wash your hands, hook your finger behind the front of the rim & gently slide out keeping it horizontal to avoid spillage. Empty contents into the toilet. Clean disc & reinsert or place in storage case until your next cycle. Wear DiscOrganic for up to 12 hrs per disc, 24 hrs of non-stop protection. Sizing: Small disc for women who have not given birth, gave C-Section birth, & petite women, Large disc for women who gave natural birth. Important: DiscOrganic is not a contraceptive & does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases.
