Adjust the eyepiece and diapbram, place the micro slide on the stage. 2. Apply the 4X objective lens, and turn on the LED illumination. 3. Turn the coarse focus knob to obtain a clear object image. 4. Rotate the fine focus knob, make the image clearer. (Using the 4X objective find the object image, adjust it to the center of the field of view, then switch to 10X, 40X objective lens, with coarse and fine focusing, get the clear image.)
