This remarkable 40 CD collection is completely stuffed with Bach's music. While this features mostly orchestras from Eastern and Central Europe, there are some real gems included in this box. the late Christiane Jaccottet performs a very generous sampling (about 6 discs) of Bach's keyboard music on harpsichord including the Well-Tempered Clavier, and French Suites. Dubravka Tomsic offers some fine piano additions (Italian Concerto, Partitas, Toccatas), as well as Andrei Gavrilov (concertos for keyboard and orchestra).
