About Left Again At The Womble: The Adventures Of A

In June 2010, I went to the Glastonbury Festival for my very first time as a 48 year-old Dad, with my 18 year old daughter and her best mate in tow. I didn’t know what to expect and if anything, I expected the worst. It turned out to be one of the best times of my life and even prompted me to write my first ever book, “Turn Left at the Womble”.It was that good an experience I was determined to go again in 2011. However determined I was, it didn’t help me in getting a ticket. But I still went, but this time as a working Dad, serving pints of cider to thousands of people. This is the story of what it is like working at the greatest festival there is and how I coped with rain, mud and a leaky tent. And how it all turned out fantastic by the end.
