If you are replacing a string on your piano and are not sure about what size the wire needs to be, you can determine the size of wire by measuring it with a micrometer or caliper. Unfortunately we cannot determine the wire by just knowing the note that it is on the piano as the wire size used for each individual note varies from one piano to another. If you don't have a tool to measure the wire, you can send us a piece of the broken wire and we will measure it for you if you have already made your purchase for the wire.
