Rasmalai, the Indian equivalent to cheesecake is a Bengali creation that has fans world-over. Perfectly shaped balls of clotted cream simmered in a sweet, milky syrup enhanced with saffron and pistachios make for an absolutely decadent dessert. This flavour packs in the regal taste of Rasmalai along with a glaze of gold from saffron and can be used to recreate the dish or even added to beverages and other desi desserts. Ossoro recommends using 2-3ml of flavour per kilo of dough. Each ml measures approximately 20 drops of the essence. This product is 100% vegetarian, contains no preservatives and is free from spirit.
