Finial is 5 1/2 inches high (not counting the mounting post). It is 3 3/4 inches in diameter at the widest point. Mounting post is a 1/4 inch double ended screw that sticks out from the finial 7/8 inch. The base where the finial sits is 2 3/4 inches in diameter.

5 1/2 inch High Finial. Wooden Clock, Bed Post, Newel, Furniture or Craft Finial. Hardwood. Choice: Wood Species: Red Oak, Cherry or Hard Maple. Finial is 5 1/2 inches high (not counting the mounting screw). Finial is 3 3/4 inches Wide. ( diameter at the widest point ). The base measures 2 3/4 inches in diameter. Standard 1/4 inch diameter mounting screw which sticks out of the finial 7/8 inch for easy mounting.
