This screen accurate replica Dragonglass Dagger, recreated in high detail based on the original prop from Game of Thrones, measures 10 inches (25.4cm) long and weighs 6.1oz (172g). It is made from resin and features a woven cord wrapped handle. Dragonglass is a common name in Westeros for the substance known as obsidian, a form of volcanic glass. Along with Valyrian steel, it is one of the two known substances capable of killing White Walkers. Dragonglass makes an appearance throughout the series. In season 7 Jon Snow tells Tyrion Lannister of the dragonglass' ability against the army of the dead, who later tells Daenerys Targaryen. She then allows Jon to mine for it the dragonglass at Dragonstone, whilst she concentrates on defeating Cersei Lannister. Dragonglass weapons, presumably made from the dragonstone mine, were later used extensively throughout the wight hunt. Namely battleaxes, halberds, pikes, hatchets and daggers.
