A hardened and lapped spindle ensures high accuracy throughout the travel. Each has a ratchet thimble, insulated frame, positive locking lever and carbide tipped measuring faces. All complete in a shop hardened storage case with adjustment wrench. Ratchet thimble ensures repeatable, accurate readings with any user.
