About Audeze LCD-MX4 Over-Ear | Open-Back Headphones
Designed for the top producers and mastering engineers, the LCD-MX4 is significantly lighter than other LCD models due to our use of Magnesium, carbon fiber, and our highly efficient Fluxor magnets. Add our new memory foam ear pads, and you have an extremely comfortable headphone; great for long listening/mastering sessions. The LCDMX4 is a perfect combination of the LCDX and LCD4 - it has the easy-to-drive diaphragm and voice coil of the LCDX combined with the 1.5 Tesla magnetic force of the LCD4. For producers and engineers, it has a different soundstage than the LCDX to help simulate the studio's sound, and the sensitivity to be easily driven by any mixing console or audio interface.
