Potpourries and flower displays tea brews and herbal infusions We source our alpine, edible Edelweiss flowers exclusively from our Edelweiss flower farm in Northern Italy’s Alps where we're cultivating them in the alpine environment and dry them gently under the sun right after harvest. When encountered in the wild in any of the Alpine countries Switzerland, Austria, Italy or Germany it is illegal to pick them! Our Edelweiss are cultivated naturally in the Italian Alps. Our Edelweiss flowers are exclusively planted, cared for and harvested for our company. It may be uncommon as a floral tea, but you can simply make a brew just by adding honey. For tea: A brewing time of 3–8 minutes is recommended, depending on desired strength. You get a beautiful Edelweiss flower by moistening the flower heads and plucking them on a paper towel to dry - they'll look just as freshly harvested due to the increased moisture content.
