Type:Brake Light Switch The Stop Light Switches can be classified in the following types: 1) Switches with power circuit Control the powering on of the rear lights warning of braking. The adjustment is interrupted in case of the pressure of the brake pedal or clutch pedal. - Cut-Off - System for the decommissioning of fuel injectors when the brakes engine medium/high rpm engine. - BAS (Brake Assist System) - A system to increase the braking force in the event of emergency braking (pedal down quickly). - ETS (Electronic Traction Control) - A system for driving assistance in winter condition that reduces engine power and applies the brakes if the wheels slip. - ABS (Antilock Braking System) - Safety system that prevents the wheels from locking during braking of the vehicle. Maintains the drivability during emergency braking and reduced braking distances. - ESP (Electronic Stability Program) - A system for controlling the stability of the car, acting in dangerous situations, adjusting engine output and braking of individual wheels possibly with different intensities. 3) Combined switches This type integrates in a single body more electromechanical, power and signal switches.
