About Kotobuki Stainless Steel Japanese Flower Arranging
Flower arranging dates back hundreds of years in Japan, when the first schools were founded by Buddhist monks. This pair of slim ohkubo shears used in Japanese flower arranging is similar to standard ohkubo shears, except that the profile and handle are narrower. The scissors have a looped handle, and the blade is thinner than the standard ohkubo, tapering off toward the tip. The shape and narrow blade of the slim ohkubo is perfect for light trimming and shaping of stems and leaves. Stainless steel.
