About 85 KBTU 316L Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger
BTU Capacity: 85,000 BTU (85 kBTU) Tube side connections (boiler/straight-through): 3/4" Female NPT Shell side connections (pool/side outlets): 1” Female NPT Swimming pool applications (everyday use): Pool size: up to 7,500 Gallons Heating rate: 1ºF/hr (pool water) Flow rates: 8 GPM (boiler side) / 54.5 GPM (pool side) *numbers based on a 122ºF difference between liquids. For occasional use (i.e. weekends), a unit with x2 times the BTU output is recommended to increase heating rate to 2ºF/hr. Advantages: All 316L Stainless Steel welded construction is durable and highly resistant to wide array of aggressive liquids, including chlorinated water; Corrugated helical tubes inside the heat exchanger create larger heat transfer area; High liquid flow rates create a self-cleaning effect; Contact seller for sizing questions and additional product information.
