This security scanner features a mode switch that allows you to switch between sound and vibration alarm modes to suit different detection and usage settings. It's powered by a standard 9V battery (included) or a rechargeable battery (not included). It has an external charging port, but please note that the battery charger is not included. Avoid attempting to charge it without a rechargeable battery, as it won't function correctly. Also, remember to turn off the detector when charging.
