Ball Brand RealFruit Low or No-Sugar Needed Flex Batch Pectin is great for lower-calorie jam. It has been reformulated for improved flavor and performance. Be assured of a good set each time, as this formula provides more flexibility for sugar while maintaining a good gel. Scalable recipe - make from 2-20 jars of jam per batch, up to 22 half-pint jars per package. 3 Tablespoons = 1 box of other pectin brands.
