Sancho and Lola seem to get more excited with chews when we alternate them.The fibers in our flat tendons have a 'dental floss action' that help clean tarter build-up on your teeth.These single flat tendons are lightly smoked in real hackberry wood. Tendons by nature are fibrous unless they are dehydrated. So if this is your first time, you might want to try our 4oz trial size first. Any chew with fibers can cause a gag-reflex in some dogs. If that happens to your dog, you will want to stick with our twisted "dehydrated" turkey tendons that chew up a lot easier. These are more of a treat rather than a chew for any size dog. Single Flat Turkey Tendons are a long, and very thin. Perfect chew for dogs 18lbs and under. Achilles Hickory & Mesquite Smoked Beef Tendons- long, thin and flexible, but not as thin as turkey.Beef Flexor Tendons - these vary size from medium to very large. These have a similar hardness to the Gambrel tendons, but 4-6 times larger, so the best tendon if you have a large dog or an aggressive chewer.
