Our spicy version has even more gochugaru to satisfy the bold palate. Our Kimchi is made to order and always packed fresh. This means you can control the length of fermentation. If you like a mild fermented flavor with crunchy vegetables, its best to eat your kimchi while it’s “young” If you crave the bubbly, fully fermented taste, keep your kimchi in the fridge to sit longer and mature.
