How to Use? 1.Turn the wood knob to loosen the screw and turn 180°rotation. Firmly tighten the handle prior before using. 2.Sprinkle with flour, cornmeal or milled wheat bran to allow the pizza, bread and baked goods to slide easily onto the peel. 3.Carefully place onto a pizza stone, baking sheet or tray with the peel. 4.Once finished cooking, slide out the pizza, bread or baked goods from the oven with pizza peel. Care Instructions Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Do not soak or use abrasive scrubbers. Once you are finished cleaning, loosen the wood knob and turn handle inward for storage.
