About DOWEL IT Model 2000 Doweling
Model 2000 has 2 tapped holes to take replaceable bushings, and 2 permanent holes, size 7/16" & 1/2". This jig opens to a 2" capacity, and comes with 6 removable bushings, 2 of each size: 1/4", 5/16", & 3/8". This jig is self centering on a 3/4" center to center space. The tapped holes will allow the user to drill 2 identical holes parallel to one another for double dowel applications. The jig does not have to be moved to accomplish this, making it more accurate and convenient than other jig types.
