Compatibility Notes Our printhead cleaning fluid is compatible with all desktop printers including Epson, HP, Canon, Brother and Lexmark desktop printers Disclaimer Our cleaning solution may not work for complete clogged nozzles or when long period inactive printheads. The badly clogged printhead may need to be placed. Each Kit Contains ☛One 100ml printhead cleaning solution ☛One 10ml syringe and 2 connector tubings ☛One pair of reusable PVC sanitary gloves Instructions 1. Print a nozzle check pattern to identify the clogged colors. 2. Press the “replace cartridge” button.Remove ink cartridges. If your printer’s printhead is attached the ink cartridge (Most of the HP printers), then please follow the below procedures: 3. Fill a flat tray with less than 3mm high of cleaning fluid. 4. Place the ink cartridges to the flat tray for 20-40 minutes depending on how bad the clog is. 5. Press the ink cartridges to a thick napkin to dry out the cleaning solution. 6. Check if the nozzle clog is cleared. If not, repeat the same process for another 20-40 minutes. 7. If your printer’s printhead is separated from ink cartridge(Most of Epson printers), then please follow the below procedures: 1. Inject the cleaning fluid to the clogged nozzles using the syringe and tubing. (please make sure that the tubing size fits well with the nozzles before injecting to avoid leak of solution). 2. Have the cleaning fluid to sit in for 20-40 minutes depending on how bad the clog is. 3. Re-install the ink cartridges and print a nozzle check. 4. If it’s still clogged, then we suggest you to take out the printhead and soak. Attention If you remove the printhead soak and cleaning , the cleaning liquid level is not higher than 3mm when soaking. Printhead circuit must not be in touch with cleaning liquid. If the printhead circuit is wet, please have the circuit complete dry.
