• ✔️Easy to use✔️-- 1 - Print on Film: First, print the entire image in white on the PET film; 2 - Powdering: This step is to apply the hot melt powder to the film printed with the image; 3 - Melting the powder: the heating time is generally 2 to 5 minutes and the temperature is about 160 to 170 degrees Celsius; 4 - Transfer: The curing is done at a temperature range of 160 to 170 degree Celsius for approximately 15 to 20 seconds; 5 - Cold Peel: Slowly remove film when cool to touch.

Polyurethane hot-melt adhesive powder has excellent bonding and flexibility properties with DTF inks. It has a softening point of 80-200 um (particle size). Transfer time is 15-20 seconds at 300-325 F with low melting point (225 degrees F), sold in 1kg, and 0.5kg per pack. Our DTF powder has a soft and stretchy feel and offers high adhesion. It will stick to the ink and NOT the film.
