The chain binder ratchet includes lever for maximum leverage so you can quickly and easily secure chains tight for your flatbed. Chain ratchet binder provides a working load limit of 9,200 pounds (4173kg). Chain boomer ratchet has a break strength/assembly capacity of 33,000 pounds (14,968kg).
