The WS2812B provide an excellent way to add some 'pizazz' to your electronics projects! However, if your project requires connecting LED strips to a power source, controller, or another strip making the connection waterproof can be challenging. These silicone end caps are used for re-sealing any IP65 rated, waterproof RGB LED strips such as NeoPixel, WS2812B, SK6812. They're particularly useful in case you want to cut them to a custom length. The translucent silicone material perfectly it's similar to the sleeve of the strip, which helps maintain the inconspicuous look, and doesn't occlude the light emitted by the LEDs. Popular projects with WS2812B strips include both indoor and outdoor use. These end caps are particularly important for outdoor projects. For your convenience, both end caps include the 4 holes that allow you to easily route cables. The cables are used to connect the enclosed, flexible PCB to a power source, controller, and/or other strips. If a connection isn't needed on one end of the LED strip, the holes are small enough that they're easy to 'plug' with the same silicon glue (not included!) you use to hold it in place. Features: 10-pack of 4-pin silicon end caps for WS2812B 10mm or 12mm flexible strips End caps are compatible with both 4-pin and 3-pin LED stripsEach cap measures only 5mm wideSlide-on mechanism is very easy to use using a dab of silicon glue (not included!) to hold in placeCompatible with SK6812, WS2812, Adafruit NeoPixel and DotStar LEDs These fantastic end caps come very handy for connecting separate strip segments in most of our DIY projects!
