Whether you are looking for the best quick and easy baking mix or individual flours to create a unique blend, let Authentic Foods help you make your meal special. This blend is used to replace wheat flour in several cookbooks by Bette Hagman (GF Blend) and Annalise Roberts. Requires the addition of xanthan gum. The GF Classical Blend is a simple all purpose gluten-free baking flour taken from the book, Gluten-Free Baking Classics by Annalise Roberts. Use this flour blend for cakes, muffins, cookies, and pie crust. Not recommended for breads.
