The Carlisle CM104902 Coldmaster Full-Size 4” Deep Insulated Food Pan with Organizer holds 24.1 quarts of food and keeps temperatures at or below 40 degrees F for 8 hours (when food is placed directly in pan) eliminating the need for messy and unsanitary ice baths. Simply freeze the food pan overnight and insert the pre-chilled food. It fits all standard full-size food pan templates. Its minimalist design is ideal for both front-of-house and back-of-house catering operations. The built in organizer helps keep serving utensils and food organized. The CM104902 can be used to keep Carlisle DuraPans cold. It is certified by the National Sanitation Foundation, BPA free, dishwasher safe for easy cleanup and recyclable.
