Constructed of heavy-weight carbon steel that evenly distributes heat for consistent baking results, the baking pan has a traditional fluted mold design that gives all your creations a perfect shape and hollow center. It also features a silicone-based, nonstick coating for easy release and simple cleanup, and is heat safe up to 450º F (not intended for use under broiler). Measures 10-inch in diameter by 3 inches high. Hand-wash only to extend the life of your pan.
