The Sharpie DX is adjustable from 15-45 degrees and the set screw ensures consistent grind angles every time, making it perfect for nearly every TIG welding application. Easily add a tip flat for longer electrode life and reduced weld contamination. Built-in notched cut-off port allows for the removal of contaminated electrode tips. The high quality double-sided diamond grinding wheel is made in USA and delivers precise longitudinal grinds and is reversible--longer life and lower replacement costs. The high-quality Milwuakee M12 cordless motor is adjustable from 5,000-32,000 rpm. This grinder includes collets for 1/16" (1.6mm), 3/32" (2.4mm), & 1/8" (3.2mm) electrodes (.040" (1.0mm) collet is sold separately), and has the premium medium grit grinding wheel installed (fine grit and coarse grit wheels sold separately).
