We buy the complete specific dashboard for a vehicle and our craftsmen create a custom two-piece mold which duplicates the contours and details of the dash. Special finished Foss Fiber carpet is placed in the mold and shaped using pressure and heat. The molded carpet, now contoured to the exact shape of the dash, is removed, trimmed and finished.
