Each scraper is constructed from high carbon steel to burnish and hold an edge. They are easy to hold without a bulky handle. Each scraper has a leading edge, but we recommend sharpening before use. The approximate overall sizes include a 2.5-inch x 5-inch rectangle scraper, 6-inch x 2-inch concave/convex piece, and 4.6-inch x 3-inch curved gooseneck shape.
