Valutek adhesive mat. Multi-layered clean-film adhesive layers form mats that effectively capture dirt and dust from foot-traffic and equipment wheels before they enter the controlled environment. Each of the numbered layers of the mat peels off easily to reveal a new clean surface. Independent testing shows that Valutek mats represent the most effective particle reducing system for significantly reducing traffic-borne contaminants, removing up to 95 percent of particles at the 0.30 micron range. Film thickness: 0.05 microns. Mat film: 1.9 mil/50 micron LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene). Adhesive: water based acrylic. Adhesive thickness: 0.03 mil/8 micron.
