About the Author Val Cripps Through coloring, drawing, essential oils, crystals and positive thinking, Valerie guides you back to yourself, your own intuition, your own inner strength and calm. A new mindset is only a thought away. Valerie Cripps lives in Los Angeles, CA with her husband and two young boys.
