Prevent ball valves from being turned by applying the unique gull-wing design of Accuform STOPOUT Ball Valve Lockout. The unique and easy-to-use STOPOUT Ball Valve Lockout has two wingspan halves that hinge to quickly and simply secure over any ball valve handle (either perpendicular or parallel to the pipe). Device is secured with a padlock (sold separately), and includes "DANGER LOCKED OUT" label for recording pertinent lockout information.
