The superior quality of Purus cleanroom mats is the result of over 15 years of experience and expertise in the development and manufacturing of cleanroom mats combined with the latest technology and equipment in the industry. The multi-layered mat removes dirt and dust from foot traffic and equipment wheels prior to their entry into a clean or controlled environment. Each numbered layer is fully coated with a particle grabbing adhesive. Once the top layer is saturated, a quick and easy removal of that layer exposes the next layer and returns the mat to maximum efficiency. Low density polyethylene film. 1.8 Mil / 50 Micron film thickness/layer. Acrylic adhesive. 0.3 Mil / 8 Micron adhesive thickness. 6.5 oz/180g/25mm+20 (individual layers) and 24oz/680g/25mm+50 (bottom layer) Peel adhesion. >1.2kg/cm Tensile strength, 158 degree F/70 degree C-48 hours heat resistance.
