The Speed Demon XT is compatible with almost any speed bag swivel that fits within a 3” square. Swivel not included. Speed Measurements: Track punches per minute, total punches, total rebounds, average speed, top speed and elapsed time. Time Trials: See how many punches you can throw in one minute or more. Or see how fast you can throw 250 punches, 500 punches, or other numeric settings. Speed Endurance Rating: Analyzes the number of rebounds and your average speed for the duration of the workout for the last 30 days, and lifetime, to monitor your Speed Endurance Rating.
