This pastry display case is perfect for use in a food service setting. The non-refrigerated countertop casing includes 3 removable trays on which a user showcases baked goods and snacks. Notches are located internally, on 2 sides of the case, and are what each tray slides onto during setup. This gives users the ability to adjust the height of each shelf, thus accommodating larger-sized food items, including muffins and cupcakes. The pastry case measures 19 inches wide by 17 inches tall by 16.625 inches deep and therefore has a large presence on any table. Each tray is 16 inches wide by 11 inches deep.
