About Thomas Traceable Conductivity/Total Dissolved
The Thomas 4366 Traceable Conductivity/TDS meter is a waterproof, pen-style instrument designed for easy routing analysis and quality control, with automatic or manual range selection. The LCD screen displays readings in digits that are 0.5” in height, and the meter housing is ABS plastic for durability in harsh laboratory or plant environments. Automatic shutoff after 20 minutes of non-use helps preserve battery life. Conductivity meters are commonly used in the water-quality testing, waste-water treatment, hydroponics, agriculture, and aquaculture industries, in cosmetics manufacturing, and in laboratory research. To ensure accuracy, the meter includes an individually serial-numbered Traceable certificate from a ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). The certificate indicates traceability to standards provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The meter also fulfills requirements for CAP, ASTM, NCCLS, CLSI, ACS, CLIA, AOAC, EPA, APHA, AWWA, WEF, USGS, USP, ISO, and federal and state regulations.
