This is a control that has been used by nearly all manufacturers of lift chairs at one time or another. Before the low voltage German motors came into being, Hubbell was the standard system on lift chairs. There have been a few different configurations on the plugs on the end of the hand control cord. The "standard" (if there is such a thing...) is the four prong configuration, where there are four prongs in a row, and the two outside plugs have a "flat spot" on them so it can't be plugged in wrong. PLEASE NOTE that the four prong connectors will likely have just three wires, don't count the wires, count the number of prongs on the plug. However, older chairs used a three prong plug. If you have the three prong plug, just look on Amazon for that control. We have two sources for these controls, so you may get one with a tan handle, or with a black handle. If your control looks like the one pictured with the four prong connector, it will be the correct one.
