The TBT-403 Chefs package includes everything a Chef needs to sharpen all his or her tools. The SVM-00 Small knife holder works in conjunction with the SVM-45 by clamping the handle instead of the blade, to sharpen your smallest knives. Sharpen standard knives with the SVM-45 Knife jig. Long and flexible knives can be sharpened with the SVM-140 Long knife jig. Sharpening Scissors, shears and even portable electric planer blades is done with the SVX-150. True and dress your stone with the TT-50 (not included) and the SP-650 stone grader. A very helpful handbook and DVD are included to teach you how to do it all. At the end of the day, protect your investment with the MH-380 dust cover to keep your machine as good as new. You will not regret this investment.
