Start by adding 1 ounce of Neem Oil and increase as desired. Alternatively, make a spray by mixing 1 fluid ounce with 20 ounces of water. For People: For topical use only. Apply directly to the skin and hair or mix with lotions, shampoos, or other personal care products. Start by adding a few drops and increase as desired. For Plants: Make a spray as directed above and add a mild amount of detergent or soap. Spray directly in the morning or evening when the sun has set.
