About Red Dirt Derby Pinewood Derby Machined Polished
This kits contains two types of Red Dirt Derby precision machined and polished axles: two straight (the machining process also ensures that the axles are perfectly straight for the truest roll) and two with 2.5 degree bend (for rail riding/steering). These axles were engineered with an increased diameter in order to reduce wheel wobble. These are not original BSA nails, these are precision machined, perfectly straight axles. Check your rule book. In addition to the axles, a small bottle (4 grams) of graphite is included. Just takes a few puffs of graphite to further reduce wheel friction and increase speed.
